1. Jaw crusher - crushing equipment.

3、Silica separation and purification process flow
There are many processes for silica separation and purification, which are generally determined based on the variety, content, occurrence status, and product quality requirements of impurities in silica. Common silica separation and purification processes are as follows:
(1) Wiping - Grading, Desliming
During the process of weathering, accumulation, and mineralization of silica, many clay based and iron based mineral deposits form cementitious or cohesive deposits on the surface of silica. The commonly used process for purifying this type of silica is to use wiping, grading, and desliming processes to remove clay impurities, mineral deposits, muddy iron, and some thin film iron. This process is generally used as a pre-treatment process before the selection of raw ore to effectively remove muddy impurities from mineral deposits.
(2) Wiping Desliming Magnetic Separation
Generally speaking, common impurity mineral deposits in silica, such as weak magnetic minerals such as limonite, tourmaline, hematite, and biotite, can only be removed by using magnetic separation technology. In practical production, wet strong magnetic machines are often used for separation.
(3) Rod grinding wiping desliming magnetic separation flotation acid leaching
After wiping, magnetic separation, and flotation separation, the low impurity mineral particles (including monomers and aggregates) in the raw silica ore have been basically eradicated and cleaned. The purity of silica can generally reach 99.5% -9.9%, which is basically satisfactory for most industrial uses of silica. However, in order to further develop into ultra-high purity silica, it is necessary to perform acid leaching treatment on impurities that are connected on the surface of silica particles in a mottled and inclusion manner. Depending on the requirements of different industrial uses for different impurity mineral deposits (Fe, AL, Ti, Cr) of silica, different concentrations and ratios of mixed acid leaching treatment must be carried out.
