1、 Introduction

It has advantages such as small footprint, large processing capacity, energy-saving, relatively low equipment cost, high ore enrichment ratio, high sorting efficiency, easy maintenance, and easy adjustment of stroke and stroke. 3、 Structure and Material

The large channel steel plate is raised and welded to the channel steel support to place the rocking bed head. The rocking bed surface adopts adding a bed surface with the same size as the original bed surface on the 6-S single layer rocking bed surface, and the upper and lower layers are connected and supported by steel plates, with a spacing of 400 millimeters and a free space of about 300 millimeters. The bedside still adopts a double crank rocker mechanism, with the spring box outside the rocker box. The crankshaft, pull rod, spring, rocker and other components have been correspondingly enlarged in size and made of more standardized materials. The bed surface is made of fiberglass, with dimensions of 182315584520 millimeters for both the upper and lower layers. The upper and lower bed surfaces share a set of slope adjustment devices for the lower bed surface, which are supported by shaking elbow plates. The radius of the rotation arc of the seat plate and base is adjusted to increase to 545 millimeters to adapt to the rotation center of the arc support point being in the same line as the center of the traction screw.

4、 Application scope

It can be used for different operations such as rough selection and scanning, selecting different particle sizes such as coarse sand (2-0.5mm), fine sand (0.5-0.074mm), and mineral mud (-0.074). It can also be used for separating iron, manganese ore, and coal. When processing tungsten, tin, and other ores, the effective recovery particle size range of the shaking table is 2-0.22 millimeters.
