1、 Overview

Cloud Tin Shaker | Cloud Tin Shaker | Enrichment Ore Shaker is an improvement of the original Soviet type CC-2 shaker made by Yunnan Tin Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Yunnan Tin Machinery, the original Yunnan Tin Machinery Factory), so it is called Cloud Tin Shaker. It adopts a cam lever type bed head, and some use a simplified cam rocker arm type bed head. The frame of the shaker is relatively simple, and the bed surface adopts sliding support. The appearance and size of the Yunxi style bed surface are basically the same as the 6-S rocking bed surface, except that the bed has several consecutive slopes in the longitudinal direction. The bed surface adopts a mixture of raw lacquer, lacquer ash (a mixture of raw lacquer and forged gypsum), fiberglass or polyurethane as the wear-resistant layer, and there are three types of coarse sand bed, fine sand bed, and mineral mud bed. Usually, the coarse sand bed surface is covered with trapezoidal strips, the fine sand bed surface is covered with serrated strips, and the mud bed surface is formed with triangular grooves.

2、 Advantages

1. The bed surface is flat, has good wear resistance, is sturdy and durable, is not easily deformed, and is easy to repair locally;

2. The asymmetry of bed head movement is significant, and there is a wide differential adjustment range to adapt to different feeding particle sizes and selection requirements;

3. The bedside mechanism operates reliably, with fewer easily worn parts and no oil leakage.

3、 Application

The Yuntin shaker | Yuntin type shaker | Enriched ore shaker has good motion curve, smooth and moderate bed surface, flatness, wear resistance, acid resistance, alkali resistance, moisture resistance and not easy to deform, stable operation, simple operation and adjustment, obvious mineral zoning, and high beneficiation rate. Yun Tin Shaker | Yun Tin Shaker | Enriched ore shaker is widely used for the gravity separation of colored, black, rare earth ores such as tin, tungsten, lead, bismuth, titanium, manganese, tantalum, niobium, gold, etc., with a particle size of 2-0.019mm.
